This workshop invites participants to slow down, observe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and their surroundings through mindful time in nature. Through guided reflection, creative journaling, and sensory awareness practices, participants cultivate well-being, creativity, and a lasting sense of connection to the naturalworld.
Back in the studio, we revisit our field notes and sketches, using a range of materials and techniques to build upon them in new ways. Working with mixed media offers space for reflection, experimentation, and a deeper unfolding of what we noticed and felt outdoors.
This course is suitable for beginners-intermediate levels.
